The Peninsula Shanghai opened in 2009 and is the flagship hotel of Peninsula brand in Mainland China. Occupying a prime location with direct frontage on Shanghai’s historic Bund, The Peninsula is the first new building on the Bund in the last few decades.

The project is comprised of the hotel, an international commercial arcade and a residence apartment building. The hotel is a 15-storey high-rise tower with 235 rooms, 5 restaurants, banquet facilities, Peninsula Aqua Treatment Centre, swimming pool and the commercial arcade.
The arcade covers an area of over 5,300 sqm located on the ground and underground floors. The residence apartment building consists of 39 luxurious serviced apartments.

The new development will comprise of 4 residential towers ranging in height from 6 - 12 residential floors and accommodating 386 units with 590 bedrooms.
The towers will have variety by way of alternative facade treatments and colour schemes, with a range of materials and colour palette. The natural landscape will interface with the site built environment, which in turn adds to the overall fabric of the public realm in the Robina area.
There will be two pools and gyms with an abundant landscaped area surrounding the common facilities and towers.

Taiping Lake Resort

The golf course commenced in 2006 and opened for business in 2009.
The hotel commenced in 2006 and opened for business in 2014.
The resort houses commenced in 2012 and were completed in April 2015.
The two apartment buildings commenced in 2012 and were completed in May 2015.
The second phase is still in progress.
The large-scale project is situated in one of China's premiere tourist spots and is comprised of five-star hotels, an international holiday resort, a golf course, resort villas, a yacht club and SPA.

Taiping Lake, situated in the centre of East China, is the core district of Anhui. It adjoins two of the World Natural Culture Inheritances, the Yellow Mountain Scenic District and one of the four Buddhist Mountains – Jiuhua Buddhist Mountain.

Taiping Lake Vacation District is comprised of 2 regions:

The first region is situated to the south of Taiping Lake, and occupies a total site area of approximately 2,000 Chinese acres with a total planned GFA of approximately 600,000 square metres. The project includes five-star hotels, resort villas and spa.

The second region is situated north of Taiping Lake; it occupies a total site area of approximately 6,000 Chinese acres with a total planned GFA of approximately 2 million square metres. The project includes a golf course, vacation resort and villas.

Huangshan taiping lake international apartment is planned by world-famous architect Ma Yansong's MAD Architects. The building corresponds with five star hotel, SPA chamber and golf court. All the rooms provide a beautiful lake and mountain view. Nature view and corridors link buildings naturally and perfectly. You can enjoy the charming outdoor view and quiet nature when walking around here.
